Abstract :
The regulated permanent-magnet generator with vacuum pump is mainly used to provide direct current for vehicle´s electrical equipment, recharge the storage battery and provide vacuum booster of energy for the brake system. The permanent-magnet generator rotor is fixed to the rotor iron core by many blocks of permanent-magnet material through pole-boots and non-magnetic screws, and the adjoining permanent-magnet material´s polarity is opposite, that is N polarity and S polarity are arrayed alternately, which compose the permanent-magnet rotor. When rotor is rotating, magnetic field rotates with it, meanwhile, armature coil cuts magnetic-curve and produces electromotive force. The four-phase half-wave controlled bridge rectification voltage regulator is designed, which can regulate both the voltage and the current,so the problem of instable voltage, which is generated by the automobile´s permanent-magnet generator at wide speed and wide load, is solved.
