Abstract
Summary form only given. Robots are more than just agents because they have a physical body and interact with the real world through their sensors and actuators. They also have limited power supply and often limited communications capabilities. In the talk we will explore how this affects the design of robot systems and address open challenges in design, validation, and performance evaluation of robot systems using a variety of examples.
