Abstract :
This paper presents a millimeter wave six-port reflectometer (40-60 GHz) realized with waveguide components in order to accurately measure reflection coefficients and power levels in an active/passive source-pull/load-pull set-up. The structure of the six-port reflectometer and the calibration procedure are reported. The six-port accuracy is estimated by comparative measurements obtained with an heterodyne automatic network analyzer. Measurements show very good agreement and the maximum deviations when measuring reflection coefficient and power levels are found to be 0.07 and 0.6 mW, respectively.
