Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
This thesis is subject to Supply Chain Management, Strategy, Planning, and Operation (Sunil Chopra, Peter Meindl, Third Edition, Tsinghua University Press), and to discuss the strategies and methods for facility decision. The paper try to point out and correct some mistakes in models creation concerned, and then try to provide the right answer to different options. Authors run liner programming to their models in Excel, and also run VBA program to validate their theory and compare their results to original ones. The study results and processes could be beneficial to those University students and graduate students who are interested in the class of "Supply Chain Management and ERP", and "Principle of Enterprise Resource Planning".
