Abstract :
Through the use of machine vision and digital image processing technology and the surface microscopic images collected by the CCD camera, the analysis of relationship between gray feature and microscopic topography, the application of Visual C++ software for image processing, and the establishment of mathematical model of three-dimensional surface topography based on least square plane, a more precise and rapid assessment method for three-dimensional surface topography, which is based on visual inspection, is proposed. Through the analysis of their topography, better evaluation of the surface quality of parts can be achieved, so as to enhance the service life of the parts.
