Abstract

This paper analyzes the materials flow, information flow, payments flow and returned items flow of supply chain management firstly. Then the paper discusses the key supply chain management processes in SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference model) which is supported by SCC (Supply-Chain Council) and analyzes the use of information quality in SCM. At the same time, the paper studies the main functions of Supply chain planning and Supply chain planning sub-systems of SCM, analyzes the global SCM based Internet, Internet-driven supply chain model, Push-Based and Pull-Based SCM Models. At last, the paper summarizes the business value of SCM system in Internet time.
