Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Lyapunov exponent is an important index of nonlinear chaotic vibration time series. However, the calculation result is affected by many factors. The evolution law of nearest neighbourhood on different attractors was studied in this paper, and the Lyapunov curves characteristics of three kinds of signals were discovered. It is observed that the saturation, fluctuation and jump phenomena are exhibited during the exponent calculation. At the same time, the removed redundancy reference point of Lyapunov exponents was improved. The simulation calculation of Hénon chaotic time series, periodic, and random signals were carried out, and the results are in agreement with theoretic analysis.
