Abstract
In order to make the simulation model close to the prototype bus, two modeling methods are used in this research. The Semi-empirical simulation models, which are based on the test results, are adopted for the key components or assembly such as the engine, tire etc. and the theoretical models are adopted for the general assembly and components. The power train layout is the same with the prototype bus. Finally, the simulation is carried out and verified by comparison with the experiment data.
