Based on the framework of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), this paper put forward a design solution to Operation & Maintenance Center model in digital campus. The design involves service, service management workflow, technology and staff, etc, to provide the University Information System Operation & Maintenance with a complete set of solutions. The Operation & Maintenance Center mainly consists of the front service desk and the backend technology platform. The Service desk which is responsible for reception from users and service requests of the operation & maintenance center is the interface between users and the center. Technology platform is a set of all tools which the Operation & Maintenance Center holds, to perform operation, maintenance and monitory on hardware and software of information system.
