Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
In this paper, we not only analyze the current characteristics of the urban rail transit affiliated commercial circles based on their operating status, but also propose measures on optimizing operating status of its logistics system, suggesting that the whole commercial circles should be jointed for the establishment of a unified logistics center, in which goods are distributed and recycled through the urban rail transit. Finally, two new models are constructed to locate a logistics center of the urban rail transit affiliated commercial circles.
