Design of the WEB-based efficient and standard teaching management information system

Teaching management information system is a very important tool and basis of the teaching management work and has been widely used in the educational institutions. According to the practice and the requirement of the management reform, an efficient and standard teaching management information system is needed which can be used by multi-users safely through the network, and the data must be complete and accurate. It should also have standardized database structure and support data sharing. The B/S model can be better used to realize it. In the paper, we have depicted the core E-R diagram and the data flow chart clearly, which can by used to guide the system development.
