Abstract :
This paper introduces the on-line test and control system, which is the geotextiles of the web formers swaying yarn device, for the key gadget of the web former on geotextiles based on DSP, and elucidates basic constitution, control strategy, the new design idea with focuses on the software and hardware for this system. Some factors that influence testing and controlling accuracy are discussed and service result is generalized in the paper. The fall short of the system and the direction of the study are put forward. Practicable application shows the average irregularity of cotton nets decreases by 22.1%. The system improves the quality and efficiency of the production, and automatic degree of the equipment.
