Abstract :
In this paper, the predator-prey system with two delays is investigated. The stability of the positive equi-librium is discussed by analyzing the associated char-acteristic transcendental equations. The conditions to guarantee the global existence of periodic solutions are given. At last, some numerical simulations to support the analytical conclusions are carried out.
