Abstract :
A new method of simulation model is presented in this paper in order to deal with system based fault mode and effect analysis model in modern complex system with large structure. Directed fault propagation graph model based on fault influence degree is proposed and fault propagation model is put forward. With the definition of direct fault propagation influence degree and indirect fault propagation influence degree is introduced, the algorithm of propagation and search method for fault propagation model is discussed. Visualization simulation system based on directed fault propagation graph is developed with object oriented method according to the proposed fault analysis model. The Simulation system can used for fault propagation analysis and fault influence of exist complex system, simulation result can be validated and verified by control area network platform, the method is useful for fault diagnosis and analysis model in modern large complex system.
