Manufacturing logistics management consists of complex interconnections among manufacturing processes, facilities, warehouses, quality controlling, packaging and logistics. In recent years, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology has become so matured that it has been widely applied on manufacturing logistics management. Firstly, this paper presents the significant potential of RFID application in manufacturing logistics, and aims to investigate the dynamic of manufacturing logistics management using RFID. Secondly, it has provided an analysis framework which describes the relationship of information technology, manufacturing management innovation and performance improvement. Then, take Leo Paper Group for example, it analyzes the dynamic of the application of RFID in manufacturing logistics. The research shows that manufacturing enterprises would gain competitive advantages and new economic growth by using RFID in manufacturing logistics management. Experience of Leo Paper Group is worth promoting to other traditional manufacturing enterprises.
