Organization agility of Manufacture enterprise is a complicated non-liner capabilities system. The relationship between organization agility and its influencing factors is just like a “black box”, so it is difficult to describe with define function relation. The paper reviews research work about organization agility, analysis main influencing factors of organization agility, and filter efficient evaluate indexes of organization agility from such influencing factors through membership function and correlation function. Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS) is attempted to demonstrate the input-output mapping relationship among organization agility and its evaluate indexes, and Swarm Simulation Biology Evolutionary Algorithm(SSEBA) is utilized in ANFIS model to optimization and can get Optimal Solutions of organization agility. So a consult index system is put forward for manufacture enterprise to improve organization agility.
