In recent years the mobile commerce is becoming a hot spot. Because of the popularization of wireless network and the intelligent handset´s, the mobile commerce makes the inter-city work to be more convenient and nimbly, which got rid of the geographical position fetter. Combining logistic demand and the present situation, this article will study the feasibility that transform the present logistic system which based on form management system to motion commerce logistic information management system. It designed and has realized partial system prototype of the motion commerce, which has provided the more true-time operation functions for the logistic management and has provided a system frame support for the reasonable prompt logistic control system.
