Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

To improve mobilablity and support efficiency of equipment support, it ought to improve Integrative supply support of equipment competence, enforce plan and construction of supply support system as a whole, and advance the level of standardization and interoperability of support recourses. In the paper, based on defining a connotation of integrative supply support, in the light of the actual requirements and the condition of development, puts forward a corresponding assessment index system, and introduces briefly how to assess by the means of BP Neural Network.
