  • Abstract
    Recently, NC machining simulations require exponentially increasing computational time and memories of the computers, which have become a significant challenge for both computer hardware and software. This paper presents a improvement method for NC machining simulations, which is called three-dimension graphics arrangement method. Geometry model of three-dimension graphics was introduced at first, then study and design math model, graphics cut down, three dimension arrangement of graphics simulator according to the graphics demand of ANC-45M machining center, the graphics simulator was implemented through C program in control systems of machining center. At last practice through machining center program indicates reality sense of graphics has improved to some extent, graphics simulation can meet the need to debug NC program, especially economic NC machines.
