    In this paper, we made use of the similarity between the movement of buoy and plastic litter in the ocean and took the motion track of buoy as that of plastic litter. By means of statistical regression, we simulated the motion track of buoy and gained the approximate motion track of plastic litter. Then we considered the degradation and movement of plastic litter as a whole. With the help of the variables of mass, size and location, we got the density, extent and distribution of plastic litter. As times goes by, when the density of plastic litter reaches a certain value, debris gyre will come into being. And then we discussed the influence of plastic litter on marine ecosystem, we combined fuzzy vector and Markov transfer matrix together, thus gaining the different values of the influence of plastic litter on marine ecosystem at different moments.
