Abstract :
In this paper, based on previous technical experience gained by developing ROST Content Mining Software and ROST Emotion Analysis Software, the author proposes a model system which extracts and evaluates the information obtained from the combination scan of multi-sentences, single sentence, phrase and single word for opinion mining and sentiment analysis. In particular, the paper introduces the system´s overall structure, its implementation process and further describes the key technology involved in detail. Meanwhile, the principle of the key technology and its core code are also presented.
