Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

E-commerce, a new business mode, is changing the production, management and the whole enterprise management of the private enterprises. This brings not only opportunities for private enterprise, but also a challenge. By analyzing the e-commerce application of some private enterprises, there are some problems. To these problems I propose some countermeasures and hope that could help private enterprises for further development on e-commerce.
