Abstract :
Analyze the characteristics of Spacecraft TT&C Resources Scheduling (STRS) problem, build a common describing model. Design an algorithm based on modified Contract Net Protocol (CNP) using market mechanism. Three agents are designed in this system: manager, task, and resource. Each agent represents a practical participant in the scheduling process of STRS. Detailed strategy is founded for each agent and a scheduling flow is proposed. The algorithm validity is illustrated by a practical example.
