Abstract :
This paper introduced the design of infrared gas monitor based on C8051F040. C8051F040 is a core of the monitor. Making use of digital filter, linear interpolation and temperature compensation, it implements the accurate examination of the CH4 concentration. The problem of this kind of infrared sensor data collection is solved well by the way of median average filter. The method is proved to be able to obtain the useful signals, which can reflect the properties of variables well, improve the signal-to-noise of the system and meet the demand of actual situation.
