  • Abstract
    Combining with the dynamic flood routing model, this paper presents a three-dimensional topography simulation of watershed based on GIS technology with OpenGL, and discusses the dynamic simulation visualization technology about flood advancement. It established a framework for flood simulation initially. By simulating the flood development process, people can better realized flood campaign law, and provide the basis for disaster forecasting and post-disaster assessment.
