  • Abstract
This paper research on analyzing and diagnosing business processes by means of the workflow dynamic simulation, which can verify the process at the right time by the appropriate resources to do the right thing. In particularly, the complexity of business process model based on the Extended XinPai Driven Workflow Mode is analyzed, an algorithm based on the adjacency matrix is proposed to obtain the minimum number of times of workflow model simulation that the simulation model should be executed in one time simulation. The algorithm can ensure the path of process simulation with high coverage and the correctness of setting simulation environment. Finally, the simulation results reflect the process defects which support business process significant improvement.
