Abstract :
With the development of electric technology, the charge management of heat appears tendency towards computerization and information. The calorimeter is a crucial equipment that implements reasonable calculation of the user´s consumption of heat. It supplies the actual consumption to the related department which charges more accurately. A calorimeter is complex than a water meter, a ammeter and such kind of meter class. For the purpose of reasonable heat measurement and charges, a calorimeter should be high quality, low cost, durable and maintainability. A wireless calorimeter based on ARM which involves the design of hardware and software, includes flow sensor, temperature sensor, wireless chip nRF24E1, ARM7 controller PLC2103. The administration adopt calorimeter to measure heat that not only small in size, low power consumption, facilities the users, but easy to manage.
