Abstract :
Control model management is an important part of the sintering integrated control system. It can serve as the bridge between real-time database and process monitoring and control model monitoring screens. The life cycle model (LCM), as well as control model management framework (CMMF) with LCM as its core based on distributed observer design pattern is presented. The CMMF can effectively manage the asynchronously monitoring multiple control models for a large number of clients and synchronously showing data under a distributed environment. The on site operation and simulation results of the system prove the effectiveness and efficiency of the framework.
