            Abstract : 
This paper presented design and implement of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to hydrological data collection platform. EDI is a significant computer application technology which is widely used in developed country. EDI is based on computer applications, communications, networking and data standardization. This paper introduces history of hydrological data interchange, analyzes current situation of data exchange and existing problems, gives information for EDI model based on XML and middleware, and gives a detail description of the program.
