Abstract :
Main time indices for reliability estimation of composite electromagnetic systems are examined in this paper. Models are worked out for the duration of the system stay in each of it states and the average duration of the system´s stay in the prescribed availability condition in the case when the lifetime of ageing output elements is circumscribed by the Raileigh distribution.
