Assessment algorithm about fatigue cracks which take cracks in aircraft skin for example is studied in this paper. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed that can make a assessment of aircraft skin cracks objectively and accurately. The analytic hierarchy method is used to making weight distribution to various factors that affect the degree of aircraft cracks injury, finally define the Evaluation Matrix to make fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to obtain the level of severity of cracks injury. The effectiveness of the method is shown through experiments.
