Abstract
With the gradual deepening of the Agent system research and the appearance of more application systems based on multi-agent technology, the development technology of Agent and multi-agent system has become an important research topic and they are widely applied in many fields such as electronic commerce, search and rescue on sea, information management and so on. On the basis of brief introduction of the multi-agent system development frameworks JAFMAS and JADE, their architecture and interaction mechanism are compared in this paper. Moreover, the relationship and differences between JAFMAS and JADE are illustrated with the implementation of Agent application in these two frameworks. Based on the comparison above, the advantages and shortages of JAFMAS and JADE are concluded in the end of this paper.
