Abstract :
In power management load forecasting is important. Based on the advantage and deficiency of gray GM (1, 1) predict and Markov´s chain this paper puts up with the the electric load models, that is gray - of Markov´s chain predicts. Take power consumption of nearly ten years in Jiangxi Province as an example to prove this model.
