            Abstract : 
In this paper a method of the chain furnace combustion optimization based on self-tuning fuzzy control is introduced. In this method, applying fuzzy control theory, according to the requirement of optimum output power, a self-study load correspondence table is established. Through searching the table to obtain the optimal air and coal ratio, realize the real-time optimization of chain furnace and achieve optimum combustion efficiency of chain furnace. The simulation experiments show that this method is simple and the effect is better.
