Abstract :
The anomalous mode of double-drift avalanche diodes uses combined state and impulse supply for a diode. The inclusion of diode in multi-loop system allows increasing the level of own generated noises owe to current and voltage ripple in due time. The double-drift avalanche diodes in a multi-loop circuit work as a noise oscillator with a heightened level and non-linear capacity which causes a boost of these noises.
