  • Abstract
    The broadband microwave monolithic GaAs SPST MMIC of the range 18 to 40 GHz with dimensions 1.8 × 1.1 mm2 has been presented. Insertion loss no more than 2.3 dB and isolation no more than 32 dB have been achieved.
