Abstract :
Current tendencies and ways of production of digital radiosystems, working in the frequency range near 100GHz with the use of nanoelectronic components for transmition of the high-speed flows of data with velocities from 100Mb/s to a few Gb/s is explored in the article. The application of such frequencies allows installing of unlimited amount of transmitters or/and receivers of different service providers on a single territory and exploit a single frequency. Advantages of the use of the radio channel of the terahertz range, possible spheres of the deployment, problems and possible methods of their solution are also considered.
