Design and Implementation of Web-Based Enterprise Distance Education System

Advances in computers and communication technology have changed traditional methods for learning and skills training. Today, distance learning is becoming an increasingly popular alternative to traditional programs. Based on the in-depth study and analysis of the network distance education, this paper mainly talk about how to use the theory, methods and techniques of network distance education in enterprise training and how to develop and apply it which is suitable for enterprise. Therefore, the web-based enterprise distance education system is designed and developed. The system creates an integrated and open training platform. The platform can not only offer large numbers of training resources, improve training surroundings and enhance training efficiency, but also make training management more digitized and scientific. It is suitable for all kinds of business training, competitions and related management.
