Abstract :
Bio-implantable antennas have essentially two purposes: they are used in therapeutic systems like hyperthermia or angioplasty and, more recently, they are a key component in telemetry applications. In this paper, we concentrate on the design, analysis and characterization of implantable electrically small antennas dedicated to telemetry applications.
