            Abstract :
This paper proposes a design scheme of concentration sensor for dry salt aerosol based on Mie scattering effects during laser´s transmission in dry salt aerosol. The detection theory and hardware design of this semiconductor laser-based salt concentration sensor are presented in this paper. And the rationality and accuracy of this design are verified by simulation and preliminary experiment results. Experiment results show that the dry salt concentration sensor based on the method proposed in this paper can be applied to real-time detection of salt aerosol concentration in salt-therapy.
