Abstract
This paper introduces the actuality of managing underground pipeline in China ,and points out the deficiency of 2D and 3D pipleline information system.Based on it, it is put forward the idea of dynamic simulant display of pipeline from 2D to 3D. In this paper,the author illustrates some important issues,such as the coordinate conversion ,the smoothness disposal ,the 3D interaction operation ,etc. And it is also indicated an method of model calculation and storage which is proved to be effectual.
