Establish a formative evaluation index system of college english teachers´ online teaching ability based on AHP

Teachers play quite an important role in teaching, and teaching evaluation includes teachers´ evaluation. But the traditional teachers evaluation system can not meet the demands of age. So this paper establishes an effective formative evaluation system and applied the AHP theory into this system. Finally, this paper gives an example to demonstrate how to accurately calculate a teacher´s teaching ability.
