  • Abstract
    Helical screw pole´s surface harshness has direct impact on every aspects of working performance, a new method of helical surface polishing were proposed by analyzing the wheel of abrasive belt grinding and polishing mechanism. Through described the wheel of abrasive belt grinding and polishing spiral surface process, to get the relationship between grinding volume and surface roughness through calculate the maximum cutting depth of reasoning, analysis grinding and polishing process of the wheel of abrasive belt impeller speed and screw speed. The result provides theory basis for screw pole helix surface new machinery polishing method design and application.
