Abstract :
This paper concerns about the key sector in process of modeling competency -extracting competency specially. Draw support from the operational BEI method by Professor McClelland and AHP method with the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis by the TL Professor Sati´s. So that managers understand the concept of competency deeply, improve this competency-based method, and enhance the effectiveness and flexibility of human resource management activities.
