  • Abstract
In order to replace an existing expensive electromechanical stabilization platform, an electronic image stabilization has attracted people´s attention. Features of strapdown imaging tracker and the elementary methods of electronic image stabilization are introduced, and two effective algorithms are detailedly deduced, then appropriate “mathematical platforms” are constructed. the platform is utilized, and a movement of carrier is insulated, a position and kinetic information of the target image in inertial space is obtaind, so the moving quantity of target image can be found. As a result, the image sequence of a monitor is stabled with the method of image shift compensation. Taking advantage of the two algorithms, the stable precision of image is more advanced than using a tranditional arithmetic of motion vector estimation.
