  • Abstract
    The new compensation method called the UE-LMS method for the Doppler frequency shift in the OFDM system is studied. The phase offset unbiased estimation and the LMS filter is used to implement the compensation method. Moreover, the influence of the Doppler frequency shift and the compensation steps are introduced. Lastly, the compensation method is designed on the FPGA platform and the compensation ability is obtained through the hardware simulation. The simulation results indicate that the UE-LMS compensation method can effectively compensate the Doppler frequency shift in the OFDM system. Besides, the method can save lots of signal resource during the compensation process.
