Abstract :
Orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) is one of the promising techniques for modern mobile wireless data systems. For OFDM systems with co-channel interference, adaptive beamformer can be used for interference suppression. This paper focuses on a key issue for adaptive beamformer algorithm. In this paper, we have proposed an adaptive beamformer algorithm that based on least square-constant modulus (LS-CM) property of the OFDM signals. The proposed beamformer can effectively suppress co-channel interference. Finally, simulation results confirm the efficacy of the proposed beamforming algorithm for OFDM systems investigated in the present paper.
