Abstract :
Recently, Electric Vehicles (EVs) are gaining attention as the next automotive society and the smart energy society. The utilities are considered the technology of “Vehicle to Grid”, such as V2G to be an epoch making tool for survives unstable power sources control. To meet amount of energy demand, it takes more time to EV propulsion. Though, for spread of EV, establishment of an appropriate EV infrastructure is important. Most automakers and utilities plan a commuter EV is domestic recharged in general. However, customers wish to recharge their EV in public at anytime for their psychologically safe. This study investigates an appropriate allocation of EV recharger (Energy Station) in Musashino city. We define the priority order among Energy Station candidates by comparing with a Voronoi diagram and the priority order circular diagram. Both diagrams are represented by the segmentation from specific town information. The outcome of this approach will result in an industry blueprint for implementing infrastructure to support electric transportation and will provide strategic and safe guidelines to installing the appropriate equipment for residential and fleet EV customers.
