Abstract :
A new-type crop seed oil content tester is introduced, this instrument is based on pulsed nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) theory, and is applied the method of spin echo signal to achieve high-precision measurement of seed oil content. It has advantages such as safe, pollution free, fast, easy to handle, does not destroy the sample, etc. It can be used for occasions like keeping rare and precious seeds and quickly determine the oil contents. As relatively stronger resonance signal can be got via the pulse NMR method, the measurement accuracy of this analytical instrument is higher than prescribed ISO 10565 standard, surpassing other testing methods.
