The core competitiveness of university teachers is a special advantage for college to maintain effective energy and sustain development in fierce competition, and it is critical to maintain and enhance the competitive advantage. Since enhancing the core competitiveness of university teachers is a systematical project. This article clarifies that it needs government to create favorable social environment, universities to provide platform for teachers´ developing and teachers themselves to prompt their innovative ability to achieve the success.
